摘要
目的探讨雄激素在良性前列腺增生发病中的作用。方法动物模型采用胎鼠尿生殖窦植入法诱发小鼠前列腺增生 ,雄激素处理组采用丙酸睾丸酮皮下注射 ,正常对照组和增生组不做任何处理 ;应用酶法检测各组小鼠血清睾酮和雌二醇水平 ,并观察其对前列腺增生的影响。结果雄激素的应用使雌、雄激素比例发生明显变化 ,同时使增生的前列腺重量明显减轻。结论雄激素通过由其引起的雌。
ObjectiveTo study the effects of androgen on experimental prostatic hyperplasia. MethodsThe model was established by implanting of the urogenital sinus in mice. Testosterone propionate was injected subcutaneously in androgen group while the normal control group and the hyperplastic group did not be treated. Observe the weight of prostate and determinate the level of the testosterone and estradiol in blood serum. ResultsThe useage of androgen reduced the weight of the prostate, and the ratio of estradiol to testosterone changed significantly. ConclusionAndrogen affect the experimental prostatic hyperplasia by changes in the balance between estradiol and testosterone.
