摘要
A new kind of nucleoside analogues containing disaccharide resulting from Ferrier reaction ofglycal was synthesized.Their(a,b,e,d)'H NMR signals were assigned by GCOSY and GNOESY,the configura-tion was also determined.The results are in accord with computer-aided molecular simulation.
利用Ferrier反应,合成了一类新的含有二糖结构的核苷类似物。通过GCOSY和GNOESY技术归属了所有的质子,并讨论了这类化合物的构型。所得结论与计算机分子模拟结果一致。
