A novel natural platelet-activating factor(PAF)antagonist was isolated from a Chinese medicinalAbstractherb Viscum coloratum and its structure was identified as homoeriodictyol-7-0-ß-D-glycoside,which existed in ethylacetate extract fraction.At the final concentration of 105 mol-L1,it could significantly inhibit human and rabbitplatelet aggregation induced by PAF,with ICsn being 8.0x107 mol·Li.but had no inhibitory effect on plateletaggregation induced by ADP.
本文以血小板激活因子(PAF)和二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的血小板聚集试验为检测指标,追踪观测了中草药槲寄生对PAF和ADP诱导的血小板聚集的影响。从槲寄生乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到的化合物高圣草素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷,体外试验证实对PAF诱导的血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用,而对ADP诱导的血小板聚集无显著性抑制作用。提示高圣草素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷是槲寄生抗PAF的有效活性成分。
