摘要
目的 :使用雅培CD370 0全自动血细胞分析仪对 2 1份血液病患者样本检测中激光散射法 (woc)和电阻法(wic)白细胞计数进行观察。方法 :通过测定 10 0例正常人样本和 2 1例血液病患者样本 ,获得激光散射法和电阻法白细胞计数值及 15个和 9个时间点的白细胞数、白细胞检测率 ,将所获数据分为正常对照、患者和阻抗红细胞组进行统计学分析。结果 :正常对照和血液病样本woc和wic存在统计学差异 ,血液病样本两种方法测得值差异大 ;白血病样本中激光散射法检测率与电阻法检测率的相关性差 ,而患者组和阻抗红细胞组wic无统计学差异 ;其中 19例样本随预处理时间延长 ,激光散射法白细胞计数及检测率降低。结论 :激光散射法结合电阻法可有效提高白细胞计数的准确性 。
Objective:To observe white cell count of 21hematologic patient samples with WBC Optical Count (WOC) and WBC Impedance Count (WIC) with full-automatic blood cell analysis instrument Abbott CD3700. Method: Through measuring 100 normal human samples and 21hematologic patient samples, we acquired white cell count with WBC Optical count (WOC) and WBC Impedance Count (WIC), 15 and 9 times ordering number white cell count, and measurement rate of WBC. The data is divided into control group, patient group and lyse-resistant red cell (RRBC) group and then done statistic analysis. Result: There are statistic difference between WOC and WIC both control group and hematological patient group. There is obvious difference between two methods in the hematological patient group. The correlation between WBC Optical count rate and WBC impedance count is weak. However, there is no difference of WIC between patient group and RRBC group. Among of them, with extension of time preparing to handle, WBC Optical Count rate and measurement rate are lower. Conclusion: WBC Optical Count combined with WBC Impedance Count can effectively increase the accuracy of white cell count, and it also hints that suspicious sample is handled with handwork method.
