摘要
在介绍数据挖掘的背景、定义和发展现状的基础上 ,重点讲述这门技术在生物医学方面的应用特点 ,总结了医学数据库中知识发现的实现过程 ,包括数据预处理、数据挖掘算法、知识发现的分类。
The background,definition and current condition of data mining is provided,and then the character of the application of this technique to biomedicine is detailedly provided.Correspondingly the steps of knowledge of discovery in the medical database are introduced,which include the prepossessing of the data,the algorithm of data mining,and the classification of the knowledge,the evaluation and application of the result.
