摘要
目的 :通过动物实验观察二甲胺四环素生物缓释药膜治疗牙周炎的疗效。方法 :实验动物随机分成正常组、牙周炎组和实验组 ,牙周炎组和实验组用细线结扎选用牙的牙颈部 ,口腔接种致病菌牙龈卟啉单胞菌、粘性放线菌和具核梭形杆菌以形成牙周炎动物模型 ,实验组同时使用脱乙酰甲壳素作为载体加入二甲胺四环素制成的生物缓释药膜 ,治疗金黄地鼠实验性牙周炎模型 ,观察比较三组牙周的各项指数变化 ,评价疗效。结果 :实验组用药后 ,各项指数 (龈出血指数、菌斑指数、探诊深度和牙槽骨吸收值 )均与牙周炎组有明显不同 ,经统计学处理差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1) ;而实验组与正常组比较 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :脱乙酰甲壳素作为载体加入二甲胺四环素的生物缓释药膜对金黄地鼠实验性牙周炎有良好的治疗作用 ,并具有一定的 (P >0 0 5 )
Objective:To evaluate the effect of slow-release bio-membrane of minocycline on treatment of experimental periodontitis in golden hamsters.Methods:Experimental animals were classfied as normal control group,periodontitis group and experimental group.Periodontitis group and experimental group were ligated with thin thread at neck of selected tooth,and infected with Porphyromonas gingivalis (P.g),Actinomyces viscosus ( A.v)and Fusobacterium nucleatum (F.n) to induce periodontitis animal model.Drug of bio-membrane was used to treat experimental group.All groups' periodontal indices were measured and the effect of therapies were evaluated.Results:Compared with periodontitis group,experimental group exhibited significant differences in all periodontal indices( sulcus bleeding index ,plaque index,probing depth and alveolar bone loss)( P <0 01).After treatment experimental group had no significant differences from normal control group( P >0 05).Conclusion: The slow-release bio-membrane of minocycline of drug was effective for experimental periodontitis.
