摘要
目的 :对外伤引起的年轻恒前牙冠折露髓行活髓切断术 ,并于 2年以上追踪观察其根管、根尖孔发育情况。方法 :72例外伤冠折露髓患牙 ,采用活髓切断术切断冠部牙髓 ,保留根髓活力 ,促进牙根发育。结果 :72例患牙中 ,轻度损伤 5 8例 ,治疗成功率为 93.1% ;重度损伤 14例 ,成功率为 6 4 .2 % ,总成功率为 87.5 %。结论
Objective:To treatment the young permanent incisors with exposed pulps in crown by pulpotomy and observe the growth of root canals and apexogenesis following up over 2 years.Methods:72 teeth with exposed pulps in crown treated by pulpotomy to conserve the vital pulps and promote the growth of roots of teeth.Results:Among 72 traumatic teeth 58 cases were injured in small degree and 14 in serious.After 2 years following observation the successful rate were 93.1% to former and 64.2% to latter.The total successful rate were 87.5%.Conclusions:Pulpotomy is the first clinical method for crown fracture.
