摘要
目的 研究普鲁卡因对离体豚鼠心室肌心律失常及跨壁传导等电生理特性的影响。方法 模拟在体正常和缺血再灌注条件 ,用玻璃微电极同时记录离体豚鼠心室肌内、外膜下心肌细胞跨膜电位。结果 普鲁卡因可明显地降低心律失常发生率、增加缺血再灌过程的心内膜传导时间和跨壁传导时间、延长心肌动作电位时程和有效不应期 ,并可使心肌兴奋性降低。结论 降低心肌兴奋性。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of procaine on ischemia reperfusion arrhythmias(IRA), transmural conduction and other electrophysiological parameters in isolated guinea pig ventricular free walls of ischemia and reperfusion. METHOD Stimulation was applied to the endocardium. Transmembrane potentials were recorded with two micro electrodes from endocardium and epicardium of a right ventricular free wall of guinea pig during pre ischemia, ischemia and reperfusion.RESULTS Compared with control group, procaine could reduce the incidence of arrhythmias, prolonge endocardial conduction time and transmural conduction time, increase action potential duration and decrease excitability in myocardial tissue during ischemia and reperfusion.CONCLUSION Decreasing excitability, reducing development of reentrant activity and triggered activity may be the routes for procaine to control ischemia reperfusion arrhythmias.
