摘要
目的 :总结鼻内窥镜下热凝翼管神经、筛前神经及下鼻甲治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法 :在鼻内窥镜下利用微波热凝翼管神经、筛前神经及下鼻甲治疗变应性鼻炎 1 1 6例。结果 :83例随访 1年 ,总有效率92 5 % (1月 ) ,84 3 % (6月 ) ,81 9% (1年 )。结论 :本疗法具有视野清晰 ,操作安全 ,疗效高等优点 。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of microwave coagulating the vidian nerve,the anterior ethmoidal nerve and inferior nasal concha for allergic rhinitis under nasal endoscope.Methods:116 patients with allergic rhinitis were treated with microwave tissue coagulation vidian nerve,anterior ethmoid nerve and inferior turbinates assisted by nasal endoscope.Result:83 cases were followed up for one year.The overall effective rate was 92.5% in one month, 84.3% in six months,81.9% in one year.Conclusion:This method has many advantages such as clear operation field,safe and satisfactory effect.So it is a good way to treat allergic rhinitis.
