摘要
目的 制备适宜于超声引导局部注射治疗肿瘤的载药缓释剂———卡铂 乳酸羟基乙酸共聚物微球。方法 采用W O W复乳法、恒温磁力搅拌制备卡铂 乳酸羟基乙酸共聚物缓释微球 ,并观察其物理特征和体外缓释效果。结果 制备的缓释微球粒径范围为 5~ 2 0 0 μm ,10~ 10 0 μm的微球数目为 90 .1% ,包封率为 68.3% ,载药率为15 .3% ,缓释时间持续 96h以上。结论 卡铂
Objective To prepare carboplatina-loaded.PLGA microspheres for intratumoral injection guided by ultrasound.Methods Carboplatina-loaded PLGA microspheres were developed by the method of W/O/W double emulsion and magnetic stir,and their physical character and release effect were observed.Results The size of character ranged from 5 to 200 μm,AR and DL were 68.3% and 15.3% respectively.The release time lasted over than 96 h.Conclusions The carboplatina-loaded PLGA microspheres fit the intratumoral injection.
