摘要 本文分析了旅行社服务功能质量的内涵、特征及旅行社服务功能质量的影响因素 ,提出了通过向旅游者提供公平的服务 ,提高旅行社在导游人员管理中的公平性及向旅游者提供充分的信息来实现对旅行社服务功能质量管理的观点。
