摘要
串联盘式管道连续输送机主要运输散状物料。这些散状物料可以被看成散粒体,利用散粒体的力学性质,我们主要对串联盘式管道连续输送机中间承载段的散状货载在动态条件下的力学进行分析;推倒出了计算应力数学模型,并得到了牵引力的计算方法。随着物料高度的增加,物料作用在容器底部的应力呈指数规律快速增加。因此利用圆柱形容器运输散状物料时,应把物料分成合适的段运输。

Making use of the mechanics properties of particulate matter, Analyze mainly the mechanics of line section of disc-pipe line continuous conveyor dynamic state and obtain the calculating method. The more value of the loaded substance height, the more value of the press and power of substance, when the height of loaded substance is up to some value, the press and power increases quickly. So the relax substance must be divided into proper sections when they are transported.
