摘要
流域防洪决策支持系统是一个庞大的复杂系统。论述了该系统中数据信息具有的特点和决策的特性,并以此为基础,简要地介绍了数据仓库的定义、体系结构和功能。然后,针对我国现有防洪系统的特点和存在的问题,结合我国的防洪实际,提出了防洪数据仓库的结构模型,对其结构和功能进行了比较深入的研究。本文为防洪决策支持系统研究提供了新方法,并将所取得的研究成果应用于实际的应用系统中。
Water basin flood control decision support sysytem is a giant and complex system. On the basis ofanalysing the characteristics of data requirement and decision making in the surport system, this paper gives a brief presentation for the definition, structure and function of data warehouse. Then the characteristics andproblems in China are analyzed. A flood control decision support system based on data warehouse is alsodeveloped in this paper and the structure and function of this system are studied.
