摘要
聚合反应的动态特性具有时变、非线性、时滞的特点,应用传统的PID控制和一般的模糊控制算法,难以得到较好的控制效果。本文在模糊控制算法中加入双调整因子,根据偏差及偏差变化率的情况,在线动态调整控制规则:在升温阶段,加大偏差调整力度,使系统快速达到给定温度;在恒温阶段,增加偏差变化率的权重,减小超调。通过给定值和扰动的仿真实验,证明具有双调整因子的模糊控制算法,是提高聚合反应效率和质量的有效方法。
The dynamic characteristics of polymeric reaction are time-variant, non-linear, and with pure delay. The traditional PID and fuzzy control are not adapted to this kind of objects. But the fuzzy control algorithm with dual-adjusting factor can control them very effectively. During the temperature rising, the algorithm increases the difference power to achieve given temperature quickly; during the period of keeping the temperature identical, however, the algorithm increases the difference changing rate power to reduce excess. The simulationexperiments in given value and interferon proved that this fuzzy control algorithm is a more effective one on improving the reaction efficiency and quality.
