摘要
将两柱掩护式铺网支架改造成双输送机低位插板式放顶煤支架,与配套综采设备进行综采放顶煤开采工业性试验,研究试验时设备配套中存在的主要问题;工作面后部刮板输送机前部堆积大量浮煤的原因,是支架前梁间、尾梁间漏煤,以及后部刮板输送机运煤时溢煤共同作用的结果,其中后二者是堆煤的主要原因。最后提出了相应的改进措施,推动了综放开采在义马矿区易自燃煤层条件下的推广应用。
Two props shielding type supports of paving mesh have been changed into supports with the two scraper conveyors which rear one can draw top-coal in low position .Using transformed type supports and other equipment forming a complete set ,industrial test is carried out with fully mechanized sublevel caving .The main problems existed in equipment forming a complete set are studied . The reason for piling up a heap of crushed coal before rear scraper conveyor is the result of acting on each other of the three path, including coal leakage of top-coal over adjacent former beams and tail beams of supports the results of acting on each other of the three parts. Making top-coal overflowed while rear conveyor is working . Among them the latter two parts is main reason . Then their corresponding improved measures are put forward .Finally fully mechanized sublevel caving technology is widely applied in Yima mining area of coal seams prone to spontaneous combustion .
