摘要
为指导半碗结构球形转子静电支承平衡装置的设计,以静电场干扰力矩最小为最优准则,讨论了半碗静电支承结构中的电极几何形状选择问题。采用二阶边界扰动原理,求取了用球谐函数表示的平衡装置静电场电势分布,从而推导出静电场干扰力矩公式。通过数值计算,比较了圆环电极、两种正六面体十二块电极的一半划分方式下静电场干扰力矩大小,并由此得出正六面体十二块电极的一半划分方案更适合半碗结构球形转子静电平衡装置的结论。
The electrode design for a halfbowl balance device for a spherical rotor was optimized by minimizing the electrostatic field disturbance torque. Secondorder boundary perturbation theory was used to develop a fully 3D electrostatic potential analysis of a halfbowl spherical rotor balance device to derive the electrostatic field disturbance torque equation which was described by spherical harmonics. Numerical results for circular electrodes show that electrodes with a cubic core can provide the best balance.
