摘要
研究了 98W -Ni-Fe和 97W -Ni-Cu在爆炸加载条件下的破碎性。用高密度钨合金在装填TNT和RDX两种炸药时均碎成较均匀破片 ,破片质量分布在 0 .1~ 1.0 g之间。W -Ni-Fe的回收率比W -Ni-Cu的高 ,在爆速较低的炸药中的回收率较高。断口分析表明 ,97W -Ni-Cu破片的断裂模式是以钨 -粘接相界面分开和粘接相的韧性撕裂为主 ,98W -Ni-Fe破片的断裂以钨颗粒穿晶断裂为主。
The cylinder made of 98W-Ni-Fe and 97W-Ni-Cu packed with TNT and RDX respectively can fragmentate into well-distributed fragments under explosive loading conditions,and the quality of the fragments are among 0.1-1g.The collected fragments and statisticai analysis showed that the recovery rate of W-Ni-Fe is highter than W-Ni-Cu fragments,and the lower the explosive speed is, the higher the recovery rate is.The SEM analysis of the fractured surfaces of these fragments showed the main fracture modes of 97W-Ni-Cu fragments are matrix failure and tungstenl/ matrix separation,but that of 98W-Ni-Fe fragments is cleavage of tungsten particles.
