关于社会资本与人力资本的理论思考 被引量：13

摘要 20世纪60年代舒尔茨和贝克尔就人力资本概念的提出不仅抽象了资本的最初定义,也为实现资本向更广义形式的扩展创造了条件,更为社会资本的产生奠定了词源基础。在布迪厄(Bourdieu,1986)和科尔曼(Coleman,1988)于20世纪80年代最先提出关于社会资本的概念后,社会资本一词就逐渐在社会学、经济学、管理学等各个领域得到应用,并日益成为解释团队效率来源的重要因素之一。
