青年编辑作为未来编辑队伍的主力军，他们的素质将直接影响期刊的质量。青年编辑应结合高校学报工作实际及自身特点，注重培养政治素质、职业道德素质、业务素质（包括创新、专业、学术、语言文字、技能、交际等方面），努力使自己成为一名优秀的学报编辑。
Young editors are the main foture of future editting, and their quality will have a direct influence on Journal's quality. So young editors, combining with the facts of Journal of institutions of higher learning and their own characteristics,should lay an emphasis on the cultivation of political quality, professionally moral quality and professional quality (including creation, major, learning, spoken and written Language, skill, socializing and so on) And they should try their best to make themselves excellent Journal editors.
