摘要
河南是农业大省,也是人口大省,正确处理好农业发展与人口问题之间的关系,对于河南社会经济发展具有重要意义。未来若干年内我省农村劳动力的供求状况表明,从河南实际出发,在多项分流的前提下,大力发展小城镇是我省农村工业化和剩余劳动力转移的根本出路。认真分析我省小城镇建设中存在的问题,尽快制定和完善有关政策措施,是推动我省小城镇建设健康、有序发展的关键。
The reality of labour force supply and demand In Henan rural area indicates that the only way to realize the Rural area's industrialization and transfer the surplus labour is to develop the town construction. The key to promote the town construction is to analyze the problems and to make and improve the relevant policy.
