摘要
本文试图对经济改革20余年来我国居民收入分配格局的变化,特别是近年来收入差距不断扩大问题进行初步研究。由于收入分配问题涉及面广,本文只集中考察收入分配变化的一些重要方面。考虑到在我国存在着经济转轨过程同现代经济发展过程并行的这一特点,本文从经济改革、体制调整等角度分析了我国居民收入差距变化的一般原因。文章最后,本着公平与效率兼顾的原则,就如何提高居民收入分配平等化程度提出了一些有针对性的建议。
The paper attempts to explore the changes of Chinese Resident's income distribution structure since the economic reform of over twenty years, particularly the expansion of income distribution gap in recent years. Since the present issue involves too many aspects, the paper mainly concentrates on some important ones of the income distribution changes. Considering the fact in China that economic transferring process goes parallel with the modern economic development, the paper analyzes the general reasons of the changes of Chinese resident's income gap from such angles as economic reform and institutional adjustment. In the end, based on the principle of giving equivalent consideration to both equality and efficiency, the paper puts forward some specific suggestions on how to promote the equalization of resident' s income and distribution.
