摘要
采用质谱分析和红外光谱吸收分析的方法,分析了SF_6以及SF_6/N_2,SF_6/空气混合气体火花放电前后的成分,测得了放电后生成的物质,并讨论了放电生成物形成的理机。
The composition of SF6, SF6/N2 and SF6/air befoe and after discharge is analysed by means of mass spetrometry [MS] and infrared absorpton spectroscopy[IR].The new substances after discharge are detected, and the mechanism of forming those substances is discussed
