防静电、防射频阻隔材料的研制

摘要 介绍了研制引信、火工品等多功能软包装材料的重要意义和总体方案设计 ,讨论了实现防静电、防射频和防潮等功能的设计思想 ,进行了试验验证并测试了样品的主要性能参数 。 The present paper aims to discuss the importance of developing a high-quality advanced multi-functional packaging material for fuse and fire work as well as to introduce the current situation on the research and production of such materials in our country. As is well-known, there are lots of factories engaging in such production in China, but few of the products of theirs are qualified enough for the expected functions and specifications in military use. Just for this end, this paper tries to present a new method to produce such multifunctional materials. Secondly, a new design schema is described. The paper puts its focus on discussing how to realize the designing ideas, including functions of electrostatic-prevention, radiation-proof, moisture-proof and so on. The third part of the paper deals with the structure of the material and production methods of each layer and the raw material choice. So far as we know, the urgent problems to solve can be illustrated as follows: the technology of three layers coextrusion blow molding; the surface layer usually made of PET electroplated aluminum with electrostatic-preventive features. And, finally, the experiment process and major performance parameters of the packaging material are also analyzed in the paper. The results of our experiments prove that the main performance parameters of our sample material are up-to-date. In summary, the study schema should be important and valuable to ensure the safety of the fuse and fire works and other ordnance production.
