摘要
焦化厂蒸氨废水经生化处理后 ,再用高温炉渣过滤 ,然后调节废水 p H为 6.5 ,用南开牌H- 1 0 3大孔吸附树脂室温下以 4倍体积 /h流速进行吸附处理 ,原废水含酚 5 .0 mg/L、CODCr2 80 mg/L,处理后出水酚含量≤ 0 .0 1 mg/L,CODCr≤ 30 mg/L,悬浮物小于 5 0 mg/L,硬度达到稳定要求 ,控制泄漏点为 0 .0 1 mg/L,树脂工作吸酚量为 1 6mg/m L,处理体积为 30 0 0倍 (体积 )。树脂脱附再生。
The wastewater from coking containing phenol through biochemical method treatment was treated by mecropore adsorpation resin of Nankai brand H-103 after filtrated with high temperature cinder from steel making under the conditions of normal temperature, the wastewater pH 6.5 and the flow velocity of 4 times of the volume/h. The results showed: the original wastewater containing phenol 5mg/L and COD Cr 280mg/L, after the treating the water, was nearly colorless, contained phenol≤0.01mg/L, COD Cr ≤30mg/L, suspended substances≤50mg/L, and the hardness reached the demand of stabilization. When controlling the leaking point of 0.01mg/L phenol the adsorbed phenol quantity of the resin is 16mg/L and the treating volume is 3000 times of the volume. The resin can be regenerated.
