摘要
采用吸附回收法处理高浓度小排放量的甲硫醚废气 ,以活性炭为吸附剂 ,废气中甲硫醚的质量浓度可从处理前的 15 1g/m3 降至 0 .0 6 g/m3 ,甲硫醚的去除率大于 99% ,处理后的废气可达标排放。将吸附饱和后的活性炭用水蒸气解吸再生 。
Waste gas containing dimethyl sulfide with high concentration and low emission amount can be treated using activated carbon as adsorbent. The mass concentration of dimethyl sulfide can be reduced from 151 g/m 3 to 0.06 g/m 3 with removal rate of over 99%. The treated gas can meet the emission standard. The activated carbon saturated with dimethyl sulfide can be regenerated with steam. The recovered dimethyl sulfide can returned to production process.
