摘要
研究了相转移催化剂存在下,癸醇与环氧氯丙烷为原料合成癸基缩水甘油醚的工艺条件,考察了n(癸醇):n(环氧氯丙烷)、反应温度和反应时间等因素对反应影响,通过正交实验优化了合成工艺条件。实验表明:苄基三乙基氯化铵为相转移催化剂,n(癸醇):n(环氧氯丙烷)为1:1.15,反应温度70℃,反应时间3.5 h,癸基缩水甘油醚收率90%以上。
Decyl glycide ether was prepared by reaction of decyl alcohol with epichlorohydrin in the presence of triethylbenzylammoniumchloride as phase - transfer catalyst and toluene as solvent. The influences of the ratio of reactants and reaction temperature and reaction time were studies and technological conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments. When the n(α-decyl alcohol) : n( epichlorohydrin) was 1:1.15, reaction temperature was 343K, reaction time 3.5 h, the yield of the product was 90 % .
