摘要  经过金属化的碳纤维已广泛应用于电磁屏蔽材料中。介绍了碳纤维表面化学镀镍的工艺流程。探讨了碳纤维的去胶方法,通过正交实验法优化了化学镀镍的配方和工艺条件。研究了碳纤维增重率与pH值、时间和温度的关系,以及镀层中含磷量与镀液pH值、硫脲含量的关系。结果表明,采用灼烧法在400℃灼烧5min,去胶完全;采用氮气搅拌,溶液中碳纤维的装载量在70~120cm2/L时,镀层质量与镀液稳定。该法获得的碳纤维镀镍层均匀、致密,结合力好,并具有良好的电磁特性。 Metalized carbon fibres are widely used in electromagnetic screen materials. The process of electroless nickel plating on surface of carbon fibre was introduced. Methods of eliminating the adhesion agent on carbon fibre were described. The optimal formula and technical conditions for electroless nickel plating were obtained by orthogonal experiment. The relationship between weight increasing ratio of carbon fibre with pH value, time and temperature, and the relationship between phosphor content in the deposit with pH value and sulfourea content were studied. The results show that the adhesion agent is eliminated completely by the method of burning 5 min at 400 ℃, and the deposit quality and solution remain stable under agitation with nitrogen providing that loading capacity range of carbon fibre in the solution is 70~120 cm 2/L. The nickel deposit of carbon fibre obtained by this method is uniform, compact, adhesive, and has good electromagnetic characteristic.
