微弧氧化电解液配方改良的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要  微弧氧化技术由于电解液的稳定性而需要进行配方改进。本文针对电解液混浊的原因加入EDTA和SDBS作为稳定剂。采用增重法测量氧化成膜速率,络合滴定法测量电解液中铝的含量,并对膜层的性能进行测试。结果表明,这2种稳定剂的加入可以延长电解液的使用寿命,提高其成膜速率,不影响膜层的耐蚀性和硬度。 The formula of micro arc oxidation technology needs to be improved for its electrolyte stability. EDTA and SDBS were added as stabilizers in the electrolyte to solve the problem of turbidity. The rate of film forming was determined by means of weight increasing. The aluminum content was measured by means of titration. The behavior of the film was also tested. Results show that the addition of these two stabilizers can increase the service life of electrolyte, quicken the rate of film forming, and has no detrimental effect on the corrosion resistance and hardness.
