由 4 -氯 - 2 -氟乙酰苯胺经氯磺化、还原、水解制得 5 -氨基 - 2 -氯 - 4 -氟苯硫酚 ,然后与氯乙酸甲酯反应制备了中间体 5 -氨基 - 2 -氯 - 4 -氟苯硫基乙酸甲酯 ,该路线原料易得 ,操作方便 。
The intermediate methyl 5-amino-2-chloro-4-fluorophenylthioacetate was prepared using 4-chloro-2-fluoroacetanilide as a starting material 4-Chloro-2-fluoroacetanilide was converted into 5-amino-2-chloro-4-fluorothiophenol by three reaction steps including chlorosulfonation,reduction and hydrolysis,followed by reacting with methyl chloroacetate to give the titled compound The synthesis route is practicable for the advantages such as readily available materials and reagents and moderate and operationally simple conditions
