摘要
本文测定了酒精中甲醇、水单组分及二元组分的吸附等温线,并用Langmuir方程进行了拟合。在固定床动态吸附研究申测定了酒精中甲醇、水单组分及双组分吸附穿透曲线;着重考察了流速、温度、不同甲醇和水含量对双组分吸附性能的影响。对二个组分的传质机理及置换关系进行了分析探讨。
The adsorption equilibrium for pure methanol, water and their mixture on NaA zeolite were experimentally measured, the data obtained were well correlated in Langmuir isotherm form. Breakthrough curves of methanol and water from their ethanol solution on NaA zeolite bed were also measured , the effects of flow rate , temperature and concentration of adsorbed components on the shape of breakthrough curve and the roll over effect were discussed.
