摘要
对新型高孔隙率填料金属鲍尔环和金属环矩鞍的单相水流的轴向混合特性进行了实验研究。实验采用非理想脉冲注入的“扰动-响应”技术,用探针式比色计和微机实时数据采集系统检测数据。 对Gunn提出的概率模型进行了分析,对其模型参数进行了关联,并提出了新型填料的模型参数计算方法。利用实验数据对模型在新型填料上的应用情况进行了检验。
The axial mixing in the single phase water flow through packed columns was studied with new types of packings - metal Pall rings and metal Intalox. The stimulus--response technique with imperfect pulse injection was used, A real-time sampling system with colorimeters and a micro--computer was set up for data acquisition.
The Peclet and Reynolds numbers based upon the equivalent hydraulic diameter of the packed bed were used to correlate the experimental data, and the results of the different packings were coincident,
The probability model proposed by Gunn was reviewed, Its applicability on the new types of packings was checked with the experimental data, and the correlations for the model parameters were presented, The axial dispersion coefficient can be predicted by the probability model and the parameters given by this paper.
