摘要
提出为实现“人文奥运”的理念 ,创立育人夺标的新思想 ;为贯彻“科技奥运”的思想 ,建立人文与科学融合的新机制 ;为达到“绿色奥运”的要求 ,构建育人、安全可靠和健康的“绿色”内容 ,为培养一批具有人文精神和科学精神的运动人才奠定基础。
A new thinking-educating people and winning the first prize was established for the realization of the theme of 'People's Olympics'. To carry out the thinking of 'High tech Olympics' a new mechanism mixed humanity and science should be set up. To reach the demand of 'Green Olympics' the safe, reliable and healthy 'green' contents for educating people were constructed so as to lay a foundation for the cultivation of a large group of sports talents with humanistic and scientific spirit.
