摘要 牙齿硬组织主要由釉质和牙本质组成 ,牙胚发育阶段摄入过量氟对二者均有损害。关于氟对釉质的损伤研究已有较多报道 ,而有关氟对牙本质损伤的报道则很少。本文就过量氟对牙本质形态结构的影响、对牙本质基质的影响。 Dental hard tissue is mainly composed of enamel and dentin.Both tissues are affected by extra fluoride intake at the stage of tooth germ development.There were many reports concerning the influence of fluoride on ena mel, but few to the dentin. In this paper, the effect of fluoride on dentin,including the structure, the matrix, fluorosis dentin shearing bond strength to restorative materials, the mechanism of proper fluoride against caries, is presented.
