摘要
目的总结980例1020指末节断指再植的临床治疗及其疗效。方法末节断指分为三种类型,采用不同的方法再植,并随访成活率及术后功能。结果I型603指成活,成活率96.17%;II型236指成活,成活率94.78%;III型吻合动脉的98指中92指成活,成活率93.88%;原位缝合的46指中30指成活,成活率65.22%。除原位缝合者外,其余再植指外观良好,指腹饱满。90%在3个月时痛觉及触觉恢复正常。结论为提高末节断指再植成活率,恢复美观的外形和良好功能,应尽最大可能行再植术。
Objective To sum the therape ut ic effect in980cases of digital replantation of distal seg-ment.Meth ods Depend on three types of severed distal fingers,three different kinds of operations wer e taken.The survival rate and postoperative function of replantated fingers were followed up.Re-sults603fingers were survived(the survival rate was96.17%)in t ype I;236fingers were survived in type II(the survival rate94.78%);98fingers wer e survived in typeⅢ(the survival rate93.88%).The replantation fingers had satis factory sensation and appearanceafter3monthsof operation.Conclu-sion In order t o improve the high survival rate,restore satisfactory appearanceand good functio n,the severed distal segmentof fingers should be replanted.
