摘要
目的 探讨肾部分切除治疗复杂性肾结石疗效。方法 对不宜行体外冲击波碎石及其它开放性手术的46例肾结石患者,采用低温阻断肾蒂肾部分切除取石的外科手术治疗。结果46例患者术中出血量少,疗效较好。随访4月～8a,肾功能改善。结论 本术式具有出血少,结石取净率高;复发率低,是一种治疗复杂性肾结石的可行方法。
AIM To study the effeccity of partial rephrectomy on the complex renal stone. METHODS The partial nephrectomy with interruption of renal pedicle was performed in 46 patients with complex renal stone. RESULTS 46 patents had less bleeding during operation and the treatment was efficity. They were follewed up for 4 months to 8 years. There was no complication and the renal function was improved. CONCLUSION This method is better for the treatment of comple renal stone with less bleeding,less recurrent and good effect.
