Abstract The influence of chlorion on SERS of the inclusion body of D_pNPV in silver sol was studies. At adding chlorion in silver sol， the effect of SERS in increased； the adsorption states of COO^-nd NH_2 groups of inclusion body en-velope protein are changed； the side-chain of Phe residue is closed to the sur-face of silver； the red movement of 26cm^(-1) of low frequency band is caused.Experimental results were discussed.
