摘要
探讨了圆管螺旋流的局部起旋器 ,并在试验的基础上 ,对圆管螺旋流局部起旋器出口段周向流速和轴向流速分布特性进行了研究 ,同时分析了其形成的机理。研究表明 ,受水流惯性与黏性的作用 ,周向流速分布由部分断面渐变为全断面线性分布 ;轴向流速分布则受周向旋转水流运动作用 ,流速分布坦化为类对数分布。
In this paper, the spiral flow local generator is studied,and the distribution of circumferential velocity and axial velocity in outlet section of it in circular pipe are investigated by use of laboratory tests. The mechanism of their a development are analyzed. The research presents that the circumferential velocity distribution is a linear function. With the effect of inertia and viscosity, it gradually becomes whole cross section from partial cross section. The circumferential revolving acts on the axial velocity distribution, and makes it become a similar logarithm distribution. It has important value to study on grain hydrotransport by spiral flow in further.
