摘要
对自然保护区道路系统建设的潜在性危害、道路系统设计的必要性和指导思想以及道路系统设计的程序进行了探讨,认为保护区必须进行道路系统设计,在进行道路设计时,必须考虑道路系统的建设性和利用性危害,应该以保护为中心,使道路系统有利于管理和综合利用,区内外的道路系统应该分别对待;结合对自然保护区功能区、管理设施布局、资源、自然地理状况以及区域交通网络的分析,提出自然保护区道路系统设计的初步方案;最后在道路类型、宽度、网络优化和生态设计等角度对初步方案进行生态优化,得出道路设计的最终方案。
This article discusses the potential harm of the road in the nature reserve, and the necessity, the guideline, and the procedure of the road design in the nature reserve. It's pointed out that it is necessary to design the road in the nature reserve, and that the harm caused in the construction and utilizing of the road should be considered. The guidelines should be submitted during the course of road design in the nature reserve, such as the principle of conservation first, in favor of management and multiusing, different approaches meant to the road inside and outside of the nature reserve. The procedure of the road design includes bringing the preliminary schedule forward and optimizing it.
