摘要
本文介绍了聚硅高分子的合成方法、紫外吸收、光敏性、导电性等一系列特殊性质,聚硅烷高分子的化学反应以及聚硅烷材料的应用.
In this paper,the synthetic methods,UV absorption,photo sensitivity,electrical conductivity and such special properties of polysilane polymer are introduced. We also introduce here the chemical reactions of polysilane polymer and the applications of polysilane materials.
