摘要
对马来酸酐改性石油树脂进行了研究,结果表明:改性后,石油树脂的软化点提高,选择一定的反应条件,能够得到具有适宜软化点的石油树脂,作为热熔型交通标线涂料的主体树脂。通过实验,考查了改性石油树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、石蜡含量对涂料软化点、流动性的影响,同时还讨论了改性石油树脂与其它组分的相容性。
The modification of aliphatic C5 petroleum resin (P. R) by maleic anhydride has been investigated, and our results indicate that .the softening point of P. R was improved after modification. Thus,the P. R. modified can be used as main part of the hot melt-type traffic marking coating (HMTMC). Meanwhile, we have studied experimentally and theoretically the influence of P. R, EVA,paraffin wax content on the flowability,softening point of the HMTMC and miscibility in the blends.
