摘要
通过测定固化过程的凝胶化时间及红外光谱图,考察了硫脲及其衍生物对二氰二胺/环氧树脂体系的固化促进作用;讨论了硫脲及其衍生物/二氰二胺/环氧树脂体系的组成配比对固化特性、室温贮存性能和固化后粘合剪切强度的影响。
By determing the gel time of curing procedue and the IR absorption spectrum,the accelera-tive action of thiourea and its dereivates in curing of dicyandiamide/epoxide resin systems is studied. The results show that: gel time and apparent activation energy calculated from that decreases with adding of thiourea and its derivates,also the high ratio of IR absorptive peak 913cm-1(epoxy group absorption)to 833-810 cm-1(1, 4-disoubstitutive benzene absorption)is decreasing. The add of allyl thiourea increases the adhesive shear strength up to 22 MPa and decreases the curing temperature near 30℃,the effective storage time of allyl thiourea/dicyandiamide epoxide resin systems is 3 months in room temperature.
