摘要
<正> 芸香草(Cymbopogon distans(Nees)W.wats)系多年生禾本科香茅属植物,分布于我国甘肃、陕西和西南及印度等地~[1].芸香草含芳香油,可提制香精油,是香料及化妆品工业的重要原料,芸香草还可入药,有较大的开发价值.Melkani等~[2]曾指出。
Cymbopogon distans(ness)W.wats was found to contain a-terpinene(27.8%),piperitone(18.2%),intermedeol(14.4%),and geranyl acetate(7.3%)as the main components in the essential oil by means,of preparative column chromatographic isolation and IR,1H NMR and MS spectrom-etry.Ail the 26 components were identified and estimated from the essential oil both by capillary gas chromatagraphy-mass spectrometry and by the Kovats index of the components on the OV-101 liquid phase.
