摘要
法人财产权是现代企业制度的核心和重要标志 ,也是法人得以产生和存在 ,独立享有民事权利 ,承担民事义务的前提和基础。通过对法人财产权的探析 ,旨在说明法人财产权的内涵、特征和法人财产权对现代企业制度的意义。
The property right of the legal person is not only the key part and important sign in moderm enterprise system, but also the prerequisite to and the basis for the legal person's emergence, exsistence and ind ependent enjoyment of civil rights. This paper mainly interprets, by probing into the property right of the legal person, its connotation, features and its significance for establishing modern enterprise system.
