摘要
用Union Giken RA-410温度跃变紫外可见分光光度计研究了二聚的四-对磺酸基-苯基卟啉铁[Fe(Ⅲ)TPPS_4)_D]与咪唑(Im)、2-甲基咪唑(MeIm)、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(EMIm)轴向配位快速反应动力学。提出了反应机理,研究了轴向配体和温度对反应的影响,应用Gauss-Newton-Marquardt方法求得基元反应的速率常数及活化参数。
A kinetic study is reported for the axial coordination faster reaction of Tetra (p-sul-fophenyl) porphyrin iron (Ⅲ ) (Fe( Ⅲ )TPPS4)D with ligands L [L = imidazole dm)], 2-methylimidazole (MeIm), 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole (EMIm)) in water by means of Union Giken RA-410 T-Jump spectrophotometer. The mechanism is postulated as follows:(Fe( Ⅲ )TPPS4)D + L L(Fe( Ⅲ )TPPS4)DL(Fe( Ⅲ )TPPS4)D + L L2(Fe( Ⅲ )TPPS4)DThe experimental data were simulated with Apple- I computer. The rate constants k1,k-2, k2/k-1 were obtained.The effects of various ligands and temperature have been investigated. The activation enthalpy △≠Hm and activation entropy △≠Sm of elemental step were calculated.
