摘要
地方主义是民国时期比较突出的一种政治思潮和社会存在 ,它的历史作用很难用非此即彼的简单结论来概括 ,必须放在特定的历史条件下具体地进行分析。对阎锡山的地方主义的评价亦应如此。在那个动荡混乱和外敌入侵的特殊年代 ,在中央政府无力对全国实行全面的统治和管理 ,无力在全国进行经济建设的情况下 ,阎锡山从地方主义的思想出发 ,经营和建设山西的所作所为 。
The localism was a kind of trend of political thought and social existence during the period of the Republic of China,its historical action can't be summarized with the simple and either-or conclusion;it had better be analyzed concretely under the specific historical condition.This equally applies to the appraisal of Yan Xishan's localism.This paper analyzes practically the characteristics of Yan Xishan's localism around the beginning of the war of resistance against Japanese aggression,and carries on an objective appraisal of the historical action. During the particular period of the confused foreign invasion of turbulence, and under the condition that the center government was unable to put the management and construction of whole country into practice and unable to run economic construction in whole country,we consider that it was a obvious historical fact that his doing of the management and construction of ShanXi had an positive effect on Yan Xishan's localism opinion.
