摘要
随着传统政治生活向现代政治生活的转变 ,公共行政也从传统的官僚制行政向民主制行政过渡。现代政治生活要求当代行政应该是一个负责任、守信用的行政 ,而在我国现实政治生活中却存在着因政府不守信用导致的政府信誉下降的现象。本文从介绍几类案例入手 ,针对我国政府在社会转型期间面临的信誉低下问题 ,剖析其产生的原因 ,并结合其他国家或地区提升政府信誉的经验 ,思考我国有效提升政府信誉的途径和机制。最后得出结论
With the transformation from the conventional life of politics to modern,public administration transforms from bureaucratic administration to democratic .Modern life of politics demands that modern administration have accountability and creditability correspondingly.However, in fact, there exists the defects of government creditability resulted from its disobeying credit or contract in our country. Through introducing several kinds of cases and throwing light on the defects of government creditability in our transitional society, this thesis will try to analyze its reasons and find some effective ways or mechanism to improve government creditability by learning from experience of other country. At last, it concludes that seeking to the intact government creditability is the intrinsic and ethical demand of modern life of politics.
