摘要
目的 探讨有机磷农药对正常小鼠血糖、肝糖元、肌糖元的影响。 方法 用灌胃法对小鼠进行急性染毒后 ,测定小鼠血糖、肝糖元、肌糖元的含量。 结果 测定组与对照组比较 ,小鼠血糖明显增高 ,肝糖元、肌糖元明显减少。 结论 经有机磷农药染毒后的小鼠血糖明显增高 ,肝糖元。
Objective To explore the effects of organophorous pesticide on rat's blood sugar,hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen. Methods The rats' content of blood sugar,hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen were measured after they were poisoned acutely through douche. Result Comparing with the control group,the content of rat's blood sugar in the measurement group increased significantly,and hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen lowered significaltly. Conclusion The rat's content of blood sugar increases significantly,and hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen lower significantly after organophorous pesticide poisoning.
