摘要
目的 研究钩端螺旋体在湖南省的分布。 方法 采集洞庭湖洲上的东方田鼠的肾用 Korthof和 EMJH培养基培养。 结果 在同一时间同一地点同一群东方田鼠中分离了 9株钩体 ,经中国医学细菌保藏管理中心钩体专业实验室鉴定 5株 ,4株为赛罗群萨克斯可宾型 ,1株为赛罗群沅江型。 结论 赛罗群沅江型为国内首次发现 。
Objective To study the distribution of leptospira serogroups and their serotypes in Hunan Province. Methods The kidneys of microtus fortis from one island in Dongting lake were planted with culture medium of Korthof and EMJH. Result 9 leptospira strains were isolated simultaneously from the same group of microtus fortis. Of all, 4 strains were identified as saxkoebing type of L.sejroe, 1 strain was Yuanjiang type of L.sejroe serogroup by Leptospira Laboratory of National Medical Center for Bacteria Strains Preservation and Management. Conclusion The Yuanjiang type is first discovered in China, and is possible to be a new type of L.sejroe serogroup in the world.
