摘要
目的 为了解芦荟花的营养成分及价值 ,对云南元江芦荟花和库拉索芦荟花进行营养成分分析及营养评价。 方法 采用公认的国家标准分析方法测定两种芦荟花中营养成分。 结果 元江芦荟花和库拉索芦荟花富含维生素C,分别高达 10 5、82 mg/ 10 0 g。 结论 芦荟花具有较大的开发利用价值 。
Objective To investigate the nutriient components and evaluate the nutrtion value of the flower of Yuanjiang's aloe from Yunnan. Two kinds of flower of aloe were studied. Methods Nutrient composition were studied by international standard methods. Result The result showed that flowers of A, Yuanjiang-gensis Xiong.&Zhen sp.nov and Aloe vera L. were rich in ascorbic acid (105 mg/100g,82 mg/100g). Conclusion For flower of aloe,there is a broad prospect of exploitation. A scientific reference for developing and utilization of the wild resources is provided.
