摘要
目的 了解影响湖北省土家族妇女生育率的主要因素。 方法 采用分层多阶段 (县、乡、村三级 )整群随机抽样方法抽取样本 ,对抽中村的每户家庭成员入户进行询问调查 ,填写调查表。多因素分析方法为逐步回归分析和主成分分析。 结果 1993.8～ 1994 .7湖北省土家族育龄妇女普通生育率为 88.39‰ ,标化生育率为 79.0 0‰ ,高于 1993年湖北省平均水平 (70 .39‰ ) (μ=2 .2 4 ,P<0 .0 5 )。 2 0岁以下育龄妇女生育率为 13.5 7‰。 4 .97%的活产婴儿为第 3孩及以上。育龄妇女文化程度、平均初婚年龄、从事农业人口的比例是影响该民族妇女生育率的主要因素。 结论 发展经济、增加教育投资、提高土家族妇女的文化教育水平是降低该民族生育水平 ,减少早育。
Objective To explore the influence factors on fertility rate of women of Tujia nationality in Hubei province, China. Methods An interview survey of 5022 families selected by stratified sampling and random cluster sampling was performed. Besides the analysis of mono-factor, multivariate stepwise regression analysis and principal component regression analysis were used. Result The women's general fertility rate was 88.39‰ during Aug., 1993～ July, 1994. The standardized fertility rate (79.00‰) was higher than that in Hubei province in 1993 (70.39‰) (P< 0.05 ). The fertility rate of women aged under 20 was 13.57‰. 4.97% of live birth was the delivery of the 3rd child or after. The education degree of women of reproductive age, the average age at first marriage and the proportion of population engaged in farming were important influence factors on fertility. Conclusion In order to decrease the fertility rate, reduce early gestation and multi-delivery, it is very important to promote economy, increase education investment for women of Tujia nationality besides enhancing family planning.
